1. About Hercue
Hercue is a longevity and aesthetics clinic located at Seidengasse 17, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. We operate the website at hercue.ch and provide physician-led consultations and treatments in the fields of regenerative aesthetics, hair restoration, skin rejuvenation, movement medicine, and longevity diagnostics.
By using our website or booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to these terms of service.

3. Consultations and Appointments
Booking: Appointments may be requested via the booking form at hercue.ch/book-appointment. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Confirmation is provided by Hercue via email or telephone.
Cancellation: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Consultation fee: The initial consultation is free.
4. Treatments
Eligibility: Not all treatments are suitable for all clients. Suitability is determined at consultation. Hercue reserves the right to decline to provide a treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our physicians, it is not appropriate for you.
Consent: All treatments require your informed written consent prior to commencement. You will be provided with a full explanation of the proposed treatment, the expected outcomes, the risks involved, and any available alternatives.
Results: Treatment outcomes are not guaranteed. We provide realistic expectations at consultation based on clinical evidence and your individual presentation. We do not make promises of specific results.
5. Payments
Treatment fees are communicated prior to your appointment. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update our pricing. Current pricing is available on request at info@hercue.ch.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on hercue.ch, including text, images, illustrations, and design, is the property of Hercue or its content creators and is protected under Swiss and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
7. Website Use
You agree to use hercue.ch only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other user’s access to it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at any time without notice.
