What makes Hercue different from other clinics in Zurich?
At Hercue we do not recommend treatments before understanding the root cause. Every protocol uses your own biology rather than synthetic substances or foreign materials. We are also a family clinic, built by a mother and one daughter who share one conviction: the body already has most of the answers.
Do you offer consultations before treatment?
Yes. Every new client begins with a complementary consultation before any treatment is recommended. We will only suggest a protocol if we genuinely believe it will benefit you. If your needs lie outside our scope, we will tell you and refer you appropriately.
Where are you located?
Seidengasse 17, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. You can reach us at info@hercue.ch or +41 78 336 25 35.

What is the difference between Natural PRP and Booster PRP?
Natural PRP uses your own platelet-rich plasma with no additives. Three to four sessions, four to six weeks apart. Booster PRP uses a higher platelet concentration combined with low-level light therapy for enhanced results. Your physician will recommend the appropriate protocol based on your trichoscopy assessment and diagnostic results.
Can PRP stop hair loss completely?
PRP reactivates dormant follicles and significantly slows active shedding. It is not a permanent cure for androgenetic alopecia, which has a genetic component. Maintenance sessions every six to twelve months are typically recommended to sustain results.
What is trichoscopy?
Trichoscopy is a clinical imaging tool that maps follicle density, health, and activity at a level invisible to the naked eye. At Hercue, we use it before your protocol begins and again at the end to provide measurable documented evidence of improvement.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients begin with 3 to 4 sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. The number depends on your pattern of loss and how your follicles respond. We assess progress at each session and adjust accordingly.
When will I see results?
Results begin to show from month two as follicles re-enter the active growth phase. Peak density is typically reached between months four and six. Trichoscopy at the end of your protocol documents the measurable improvement.
